Oops…I did it again.
2020 started badly. Some how, some way, I went to bed on New Years Eve, awoke at 10:30pm, only to find it was still 2029. Used the bathroom, went back to bed, dog got me up at 1:30am and my right foot was killing me.
I chalked it up to foot cramps, took a muscle relaxer, went back to sleep. When I woke again, at 6:30, I had two, TWO broken toes.
Spent the next 6 weeks unable to drive, as it was my right foot. All of my plans for January went up in smoke
As time drug on, my foot healed and the day I was finally able to wear an actual pair of shoes for the first time in 2020, I stepped on a nail with my left foot. As I tried to get off the nail, my left knee was horribly twisted.
Then there was the Tetanus shot.
The story of how I got back to Tennessee is a separate post, but just know this: got a cortisone shot, having an MRI, and likely tore my meniscus. At the very least.
